About

Manish is an entrepreneurial leader who gravitates toward complex, multi-disciplinary challenges across technology, engineering, commercial, and transformation domains. He has built new businesses, scaled global organizations, integrated acquisitions, and - when needed - made the call to sunset unviable ventures. By working in global roles across North America, Europe, China, and India, he has developed a deep appreciation for culture, situational leadership and execution discipline. He brings a structured, analytical approach to decision-making, using systematic methodologies to deconstruct problems, identify high-leverage interventions, and drive change with transparency and precision. His leadership style is collaborative and non-hierarchical, grounded in a lead-by-example mindset and shaped by years of volunteering as a holistic wellness coach. He believes in developing people through clarity, context, and adopting a Socratic approach to learning. He aims to create teams that are accountable, empowered, and united around shared goals. He began his career as an engineer designing electronic instruments for energy and defense industries before joining Medtronic in medical device product development. After his MBA, he contributed to Medtronic’s M&A team and later joined Danaher in Denmark, where he built the growth strategy for a blood-testing product that scaled from $15M to over $150M in revenue. Post that, he led Commercial Excellence, Pricing, and APAC expansion efforts for blood testing products based out of China. After moving to India with Philips, he served as Global CEO of Philips Mammography business and spearheaded transformation efforts in the lifecycle management, supply chain and enterprise software domains. Post Philips, he spent a few years in entrepreneurial ventures related to healthcare data and decision sciences before getting back to the industry. Today, he is leading a ground-up effort of building a business around a sophisticated medical device solution with state-of-the-art electronics, product design, materials and software among other aspects. He holds an MBA from University of Chicago – Booth School of business and a Master’s in Electrical Engineering from Arizona State University. He is an avid traveler and stock-investor. He brings a global mindset, a structured approach, and a strong commitment to long-term impact.
