• a. Redesigned the heating system and recommended the replacement of boilers with Hot Water Generators to eliminate heating and transfer losses
• b. Estimated savings of INR 18L per annum due to projected 42% decrease in fuel costs. Total cost of the project was projected at INR 27L
• c. Financial Break-even period of 15 months (58.33% lesser than company standards).
