• Worked in Casting Product Development Centre under R & D Division as a “Senior Engineer” in ENDURANCE TECHNOLOGIES LTD. since July 2018.
• Responsible for Product Design of aluminum die casting components including Clutch housings, transmission case, cylinder head covers, cam covers, timing chain covers, oil pump covers, 2W crankcases (LH & RH), Cylinder barrels etc.
• Employment Recital :
• Create / Modify 3D Model & 2D drawings of die casting components based on customer requirement using UGNX 10.0 3D CAD software.
• Part drawing study, Discuss with customer about projects & component drawing. Prepare inspection report of the component.
• Evaluating the detailed feasibility of Product design to suit High Pressure Die Casting Process. Preparing 3D casting model of a product & making it ready for tooling – defining parting lines, draft faces, adding machining allowance.
• Interacting with customers & implementing engineering in products to make them stand on quality criteria & process criteria.
• Studying feasibility in existing dies for modifications based on future changes in product.
• Using Dassault Systems PLM software Enovia to take Change orders (CO) for first release & Change request (CR) for next revision of product.
• All ECN received from customer firstly study , review & then implement the same in existing product, Based on product changes implementing the same in Tool design & releasing the final data by Following Engineering change request process.
• Implementing VA/VE in existing as well as new development projects.
