Man power management for daily production process, shut down, and breakdown activities. Adept in managing plant related activities involving resource planning, in-process inspection, team building and co-ordination with internal departments. Identify & minimize Unsafe Acts, Unsafe Condition, significant aspect and Hazards in the shop and adhere OHSAS 12001 and ISO 14001
