• InnoRel Systems's flagship product is a DC-Optimizer which eliminates effects of mismatches in solar systems – due to shadow scenarios – and allows a solar plant to work very close to theoretical maximum efficiency. As a tech co-founder, am responsible for product’s life cycle: worked in modeling the problem, developing an extremely innovative solution, product engineering – solution architecture, product design – boards/enclosures/thermals. Development of monitoring infrastructure, piloting and proving product on field. Managing solution deployment in different application scenarios like solar farms, domestic rooftops, telecom towers.

• Lead development of PM-ASIC and PM-IP projects. Responsibilities included aligning specifications with customer, solution architecture design, leading design and layout efforts for tapeout, followed with post silicon validation and design closures with customers.
• Some of the ASICs developed included a Power Management platform performing bringup sort for memory ICs based on their Iq, PMIC to recharge Li-ion cellphones from AA batteries in emergency scenarios, generic PM-ASIC for solar lanterns with adaptability to wide variety of panels and batteries. Architecture of these systems involved highly efficient PM IPs coupled with high accuracy current and temperature sensors, ADCs, DACs and controllers. Authored a patent for dynamic current sense detection for LDOs.

• Designed various Power Management IPs for Cosmic's IP portfolio. The architecture design for implementing monolithic switching regulators IPs in generic standard/low power Si processes lead to key innovations for Cosmic, for which co-authored two key patents. At the time of design, Cosmic's PM portfolio had best performance metrics like efficiency, IP area/W, transient parameters.
