About

I’m a design leader and entrepreneur passionate about using experience design as a force for business transformation and social impact. With over two decades of global experience, I’ve worked at the intersection of innovation, strategy, and human-centered design to help organizations reimagine products, services, and systems. As the founder of Fortune Cookie UX Design (acquired by EY India) and co-founder of ImaginXP—India’s leading higher education company for Future Skills—I’ve built and scaled businesses that sit at the convergence of design, technology, and education. My work spans sectors like BFSI, healthcare, logistics, manufacturing, and media, where I’ve led large-scale programs in UX consulting, design thinking, usability testing, and experience innovation. I’ve partnered with enterprises to build in-house UX capabilities, set up design studios, and drive cultural transformation through people-centric design. Today, I’m focused on new entrepreneurial opportunities that empower people through design, learning, and systems change. I continue to mentor teams, consult with organizations, and teach the next generation of designers. I’m also the co-author of “Empathy & User Research”, a practical guide to building deeper understanding through human-centered methods. Core Focus Areas: ✓ Experience Design Leadership ✓ Innovation Strategy ✓ Human-Centered Research ✓ Design Thinking & Systems Thinking ✓ Building UX COEs & Design Teams ✓ Future Skills & Design Education ✓ Entrepreneurial Ecosystem Building Let’s connect if you’re working on bold ideas that put people at the center.
