I have over six years of academic experience and two years of experience as an Assistant Director- Curriculum Development and Assistant Professor at JSPM Group of Institute, Pune. I lead the strategic planning and curriculum development of the engineering programs in accordance with #NEP2020 , ensuring quality education and innovation for students and faculty. My goal is to prepare the next generation of engineers for the challenges and opportunities of the 21st century. My domain expertise is sustainable manufacturing, which I studied during my Ph.D. at IIT Ropar. I developed and patented surface textured cutting tools for enhancing dry and near-dry machining processes, and analyzed their performance, tool life, and workpiece surface integrity. I have multiple publications and certifications in this field, and I am passionate about advancing and sharing the knowledge and practice of sustainable manufacturing with the academic and industrial communities. I also have experience in intellectual property rights, especially in patent drafting and filing.
