Designed and conceived the idea of developing "BenchStep LMS", a cloud based model to empower organizations with training needs. Prior to taking the above position, I began my career in the Software Development arena in 2004, playing a Developer role with Hyderabad based Brio Technologies for an year on Visual Studio and SQL Server technologies. Later, I decided to continue my journey with Florida based VUE Software (CSSI). At VUE Software, I played key roles in core development activities and Project Engineering on various domains for 9 years. Finally, transitioned into the entrepreneurial realm in 2014 with eSwiftSoftware. Experience includes end to end project Implementations , support, upgrade, roll up projects as well as solution architecture and Pre-Sales. Proficient in managing Software Projects in Visual Studio Technologies. SME in key domains viz Insurance, Education, Automobile and Health Care industries. A huge fan of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC). An occasional speaker on Thought Leadership and other activities on social concern, my passion as a leader is to develop teams and create systems that empower organizations to the highest level of performance. I have participated in various TechCamps in the capacity of Trainer on Social Media empowerment & elearning methodologies. Masters in Computer Applications from Osmania University, I am a Microsoft Certified Technology Specialist and Microsoft Certified Professional Developer.
