• Interned in the Alexa International Team and worked on a Mental Health Wellbeing skill called Mind Plan.
• Internship was divided into milestone 1 and milestone 2.
• Milestone 1 of the project was to create a categorised activities feature for the skill which will act as a way for the customers to quickly access the NHS Content.
• Worked on designing the right CxD(Customer Experience Design) for the skill flow.
• Developed the service for categorised activities for the skill feature which recommends a bucket of 2 activities and 1 skill to the user.
• Milestone 2 of the project was to work on a proof of concept for globalising the Mind Plan skills into countries like Japan, Mexico, etc.
• Researched and deep-dived into various possible approaches to the requirement.
• Decided on using Skill connections as the approach, Skill connections is an Alexa feature that allows the integration of two different skills.
• Developed the feature for the globalization of the skill by implementing the Skill connection in the Mind Plan skill.
