• Led, mentored, and coordinated a high-performing technical contingent of over 100 students from various engineering disciplines.

• Led a team of 7 full stack developers for developing the official website of the Socio-Cultural fest of IIT (ISM) Dhanbad. MERN stack was used to develop the platform. Load balancers were used in the deployment to ensure that the platform is able to handle concurrent traffic of more than 1000 users. Integrated Razorpay (which happened for the first time in the campus) automating total transactions exceeding INR 3.5 Lakhs and provided a real-time dashboard to oversee the orders placed for merchandise, accommodation and event registrations which was used by the Logistics and Hospitality partners to manage the groundwork operations.
