  • I led the HR function (Grade Specialist) for 2 project (i.e. APART & ACCSDP). Manpower of 1000+ under both the projects. I had a team of 10 direct reportees. In the project APART there are 15 Government Departments (OPIU: Operational Project Implementation Unit. Example: Directorate of Agriculture, Sericulture, Fishery, Horticulture, PNRD, Dairy etc) for which we do recruitment, appraisal, renewal, exit etc and 26 Project Districts of Assam (i.e. District Agriculture Office of Assam). I report to the State Project Director (SPD) who is also Agriculture Production Commissioner and designated as Additional Chief Secretary (IAS) for Agriculture and Animal Husbandry Department to the Government of Assam
  • Individual responsibilities of Leadership hiring for both the project.
  • Manpower planning according to the PIP (Project Implementation Plan) under the strict guidance and approval from World Bank.
  • Setting up of HR Policy for ARIAS Society under the guidelines of State Government of Assam.
  • Streamline the Performance Management System-(ERP) for all the contractual employees for both the projects (APART& ACCSDP).Plan and conduct new employee orientation to foster positive attitude towards organizational objectives
  • Serve as a link between the management and the staff by handling questions,interpreting and administering contracts and helping resolve work-related problems.
  • Carrying out training need assessments for project staff and engaging individuals/agencies to deliver specialized trainings if any.
  • Have successfully set-up and implemented the HRMS tool across both the project.
  • Coordination with all the 26 District ATMA office and 15 OPIU/ CPIU for smooth completion of the project.
  • CTP preparation and negotiation, according to rank/level of hiring.
  • Issuing and preparing of show cause notice, transfer, mutual transfer, relieving, appreciation etc.
  • Streamlining the HRMS-ERP regards to Leave Management, PLI (Performance Linked Incentive), Recruitment and Procurement Notice
