• I developed a comprehensive electricity demand forecasting system for Andhra Pradesh by building a reliable data pipeline to fetch daily meteorological data and designing region-specific Bidirectional LSTM models that accounted for temperature, rainfall, and festivals. The models achieved high accuracy, with a Mean Percentage Error of just 0.04. To make the forecasts easily accessible, I deployed them through a Streamlit-based web app, enabling stakeholders to make informed, data-driven decisions for efficient energy management and reduced power shortages.

• As Secretary of Communiqué, I was part of a passionate team dedicated to supporting the personality and career development of IIT Kharagpur students. We organized key events like Internship Gear-Up and Placement Drives to help pre-final and final year students secure top internships and jobs. Our initiatives included seminars on CAT, UPSC, deferred MBA, group discussions, and personal interviews, as well as national-level tests and blog posts sharing insights from seniors across diverse career paths. We also conducted case studies, communication skill workshops, and career exploration sessions. Leading the recruitment and training of 36 associates, I focused on fostering clarity and confidence in communication. My time at Communiqué was an incredibly rewarding experience, working with an inspiring team to create one of the most vibrant student communities on campus.

• Being an associate at Communiqué has endowed me with several opportunities. It gave me a great environment to work on my communication skills & improving them. Loads of activities were planned for us associates, giving us a taste of how organizations actually work. I learned about important things teamwork, trust-building, working towards a common goal, empathy, and many more. I also tried my hands at things that I had never done before like designing and video editing. I feel my term has made me a well-rounded individual.
