  • Worked on study and implementation of SWIFT using MATLAB. SWIFT is a novel GMM based algorithm for clustering used to identify rare subpopulations in high dimensional Flow Cytometry dataset. Levine-32 data was used for the project. I was able to generate 34 clusters (desired number of cluster) each having 600 samples(0.57% population ) from a population of 104,184 data points. The clusters were visualized using scatter plots(Normal, Log, Logicle axis), PCA, LDA, T-SNE, UMAP, PHATE in Python
