1) To identify and implement a potential ML POC (proof of concept) for a quick service restaurant under supply chain domain.
▪ Used Tukey’s method for detecting price outliers and time series analysis using FB Prophet model to identify anomalies based on trend and seasonality.
▪ Using multivariate analysis, built an anomaly detection model using the Isolation Forest algorithm and used explainable AI to understand the key features responsible for an anomaly.
2) To implement ML use-cases using Google Cloud Platform (GCP) to analyse its technical and business capabilities using three types of datasets - Image, Tabular and Text.
