I have a bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering from IIT Kharagpur with a micro specialization in artificial intelligence and applications. I am passionate about data science and machine learning and acquired multiple online certifications and courses in Python, ML, and deep learning from Coursera and Sololearn. I have also gained hands-on experience as a data science intern at Tata AIG, where I applied ML techniques to analyze medical claim data and obtained improved recall rates, and as a winter research intern at IISER Bhopal, where I worked on a project on toxicity and hate speech detection in Telugu. Additionally, I participated in and won a Sigmoid data science hackathon in 2022, where I forecasted the demand for CPG products using advanced time series forecasting models.
