• Studied the global best practices to understand the consumer promotion practices and tracking of results for the beverage industries. Understood the internal processes and limitations for launching consumer promotions in the Indian context. Using the insights and results of the study recommended consumer promotions for the entire product portfolio and a pilot to test the idea.

• 1. Led a 16 member maintenance team at the LPG bottling plant, North Guwahati, Assam which is the largest LPG Bottling facility among the 7 states of North Eastern India.
• 2. Ensured prompt and adequate preventive maintenance for critical equipments so as to minimize breakdowns and loss in production.
• 3. Managed Annual Maintenance Contracts( AMC) for all critical equipments in liason with service providers and OEMs.
• 4. Planning systemic improvements in the existing system to meet the sudden increase in demand owing to newly added BPL-LPG connnections and Aadhar account linking government schemes( PAHAL - DBTL).
• 5. Reduced the filling cycle time from 58 seconds to 52 seconds thereby increasing the output by 8 %.
• 6. New vendors were approached and added in ERP to streamline the inventory supply.
• All the efforts led to a historic growth in the bottling performance of the plant with an increase of 9712 MT ( 8.9 % over the last year ) in the FY April 2015 - March 2016.

• I was posted as the floor officer leading a team of 32 blue collar technicians and 102 contract workers employed in the LPG bottling operations for the INDANE LPG Cylinders supplied by Indian Oil to various domestic and commercial establishment by a network of dealers.
• 1. Streamlined floor operations by modifying the existing bottling process flow to increase efficiency and faster output.
• 2. Ensured safety of the personnel at all times by strictly enforcing safety norms as LPG is a highly flammable product.
• 3. Imparted training to blue collar workers and fire trainee officers ( under the Fire Department ) about the hazards of LPG and safety precautions to be taken.
• 4. Highest bottling of 66 truckloads in a shift took place when i was the floor officer. It still stands as a record in daily production in the plant.
• 5. Gave inputs to the maintenance team to improve performance.

• I was assigned the quality control department. The work involved categorizing various assembly parts manufactured and preparing a model in MS Excel using VBA Macros add in to automate data entry in the company's in house quality department cerification before the part is used in any active machine assembly.
