Created a chrome extension that automatically manages emails received by the user in their
gmail account.
Created a REST API server using spring boot and integrated it with mongoDB.
Used Google OAuth2 API for server side authentication and authorization along with
Gmail API to access the user’s emails.
Integrated this server with a Machine Learning model which uses Naive Bayes Algorithm to
detect whether a mail is spam or not spam. If the mail is not spam, another Machine Learning
model which uses Multiclass Naive Bayes Algorithm gives it a label. Both these models are
written from scratch in Java.
Used annotations like @Scheduled, @Indexed, etc on the server side.
Used Javascript, HTML, CSS and bootstrap to create the user interface for the chrome
extension
