• Dubai Gold & Commodities Exchange (DGCX) is the regions first commodity derivatives exchange and has become today, the leading derivatives exchange in the Middle East. DGCX is majority owned by Dubai Multi Commodities Centre (DMCC), a strategic initiative of the Government of Dubai, with a mandate to enhance commodity trade flows through the Emirate by providing the appropriate physical, market, financial infrastructure and services required.

• Work closely developing key relationship with 100+ DGCX members which consist of Banks, Retail Brokers and Prop Trading Firms.
• On boarding Members including all processes and procedures from application stage to going live on Exchange
• To understand problems faced by members and provide suitable solutions
• To identify new business opportunity, products and potential market markers.
• Work closely and developing Key Relationships with Senior Traders at Bank and Prop Groups.
• Problem solving and turning requirements into solutions in areas related to HFT.
• Engage the various departments in the Exchange to increase volumes and revenue.
• Set up strategies and form policies for the department.
• Work effectively with the Management on issues relating to Members and issues that impact the organization.
