• Primary contact point for Database Upgrade module in IDC.
• Reduced customer intervention to rename conflicting clients by identifying duplicate clients and merging them while performing Commcell Migration between Commcells.
• Decreased downtime by taking database backups before commencing the service pack upgrade rather than during the service pack upgrade.
• Solved several customer tickets for Database Upgrade and Commcell Migration modules.

• Started as a full-time employee with the Media Management team that takes care of the core operations of backup, restore, and storage principles, where I am working as a C/C++/T-SQL developer.
• Reduced the execution time of Database Upgrade by 50% and saved almost half the time taken to upgrade Commvault software from one service pack to another service pack. Plenty of Commvault customers benefit from this optimization, and they are now experiencing less downtime.
• Implemented Database Upgrade on Linux Commserver as part of the big project to support Commvault software on Linux platforms.
