Authored two original research papers:
A Gold-Backed, Compliant Framework for Alternative Cross-Border Remittance – a scalable, FX-neutral model leveraging vaulted gold and domestic lending, designed to operate within India’s Liberalised Remittance Scheme (LRS) and other regulatory frameworks.
Capital Efficiency Switch (CES) – a legal-financial framework enabling multinational corporations to unlock intercompany liquidity through synthetic arrangements, without triggering cross-border FX, tax, or regulatory events.
