• Enhancing an existing LLM pipeline to make it robust against hallucination and imperfect inference when presented with real-world free-text clinical notes. Implementing the research from the project with Prof. Charles Martineau.
• Building a generalized Python module to facilitate time series analysis. Creates a representative feature set by decomposing time series into trend and seasonal components, also generating global features such as entropy, approximate entropy, skewness, autocorrelations, and kurtosis.

• Spearheaded the research and development of an NLP research project using Python for early detection of mental illness. Could potentially save $2.5 Million annually by reducing insurance loss ratio, if deployed. Created visualizations to explain the textual features with the most importance using Shapley values.

• Collated novel strategies to decrease insurance loss ratio by filtering through 100+ research papers. Delivered datasets and relevant research to the Data Science teams and presented findings to Head of Data & Information and Director of Analytics. Received recognition for the breadth of new information and fresh insights.

These summaries were later presented directly to the client by Managers on the team.
