• At BrowserStack, I worked on the Integrations Platform team, building the backend foundation that connects BrowserStack with third-party tools used by thousands of enterprise customers—project management systems, documentation platforms, collaboration tools, and Microsoft 365 storage services.
• Unified Integrations Platform: Built and expanded BrowserStack’s unified API framework, delivering integrations for ClickUp, Monday.com, Jira, Asana, Wrike, and SharePoint/OneDrive. Developed reusable REST APIs, data transformers, and extensible field-mapping logic.
• Advanced OAuth & Microsoft 365 Integrations: Implemented OAuth 2.0 flows and built end-to-end ingestion pipelines for SharePoint and OneDrive, including batching, retry logic, and S3 uploads—powering BrowserStack’s internal AI systems for automated test-case generation.
• Real-Time Event Processing (Kafka): Architected a production-ready Kafka consumer service with partition-based scaling, manual offset management, and fault tolerance. Deployed as an independent Kubernetes worker pod to isolate heavy async workloads and maintain API performance.
• Dynamic Database & Field Configuration System: Designed the FieldConfiguration data model and APIs allowing organizations to customize which fields are creatable or updatable across tools—enabling multi-tenancy, fine-grained permissions, and unified field behaviors.
• High-Scale Tool Integrations: Owned ClickUp and Monday.com integrations, building 25+ backend modules, GraphQL optimizations, custom field handlers, validation layers, and unified mapping logic using YAML-based configurations.
• Quality, Tooling & Documentation: Delivered 450+ automated tests (90–95% coverage), established best practices for OAuth, error handling, and transformer patterns, and authored 7+ internal architecture documents—reducing onboarding time by 50%.
