At Zeta, I’ve been driving backend and platform development using Java Spring Boot, AI, NestJS, and Vue.js, focusing on building scalable internal systems that power Zeta’s financial platforms.
I contributed extensively to core backend services like Phoenix (API Playground backend) and Agon (API curation service), both built in Spring Boot. My work included developing APIs for fetching OpenAPI specs from S3, managing sandbox environments, implementing RBAC, and optimizing data sync for multi-zone deployments. I also built several features for Nalanda, Zeta’s documentation platform, including a full-text search engine, CSAT feedback backend, and custom error page handling, improving developer productivity and reliability.
I led backend development for Product Center Service, built from scratch in NestJS, which orchestrates data across services and integrates with Redshift. It powers Prodaigy, an intelligent AI chatbot that guides users through product creation, simplifying complex financial and compliance processes — showcased to client banks for its automation capabilities.
On the frontend, I worked on Product Center Webapp (Vue.js, microfrontend architecture), creating custom Git-based form components and streamlining product workflows. I also enhanced Nalanda’s frontend (Hugo) with reusable shortcodes, themes, and layouts for consistent documentation.
In addition, I automated several CI/CD pipelines using Groovy, optimizing the OpenAPI spec publishing process for both Spring Boot and OMS services. My automation work reduced Nalanda’s build time from over 1 hour to under 10 minutes per product, significantly accelerating documentation updates across the organization.
