• My research involved studying Bayesian parameter inference techniques for systems of non-linear ordinary differential equations. I am interested in approximate Bayesian computation and Gaussian process models, in particular their application in mathematical biology. This research continued from my honours thesis on modeling the spread of anti-malarial drug resistance in Southeast Asia and the utility of Bayesian parameter inference techniques in this context.
