• Made an end to end model to convert call centre conversations between client and agent to text for better analysis. A pytorch based encoder-decoder model with couple of convolutional layers and LSTM & GRU layers in encoder as well as decoder, got a Word Error rate of 24.8% and a character error rate of 6% which is close to the best on Hinglish call centre data.

• Made a ChatBot for a client from scratch in Python and hosted it on the clients website using AWS. Used RNNs, Word Vectors to give answers on collected frequently answered questions. Platform specific conversation returning data from SQL queries. Used regex and text similarity for normal non-platform related conversations.
• Created a generic Dashboard to be used as a product by the company using Python libraries Plotly and Flask, with features like dropdown menu,wide range of plots like bar graph, line graph, hover over,geolocation ,downloadable graphs .
