• 1) Developed generic block diagrams for ABB 800xA, Infi-90 FEED logic and wrote test cases.
• 2) Honeywell Safety Builder software with SMSC controller for developing and validating Emergency Shutdown (ESD) logic in safety systems.
• 3) Generating instrument lists and IO lists based on received data sheets and wiring drawings from vendors.
• 4) Participating in the review and approval process of detailed engineering drawings, including system architecture, GA drawings, datasheets, IO lists, QAP, software drive templates, and FAT/SAT processes.

• 9) Selection and sizing of instruments such as analysers, solenoid valves, limit, pressure & level switches, pressure transmitters, flow instruments like ultrasonic & Coriolis, temperature sensors, gas detector, fire detector and special probes
• 10) Conducting loop checks up to marshalling, system configuration according to IO lists, alarm checks, and verifying graphics screens for dynamic shapes and drives.
• 11) Ensuring logic checks align with engineering inputs provided during simulation.
