Then one of Big Company have interest in this growing business and they take over with name Magnanimous Securities, AHMEDABAD] [APRIL 2011]- [TILL DATE] Handling technical Trading setup of MNCL Ahmedabad as a Branch Head, from bottom to top level. Key responsibility of developing business through technical trading setup from Jobbing and Arbitrage as well as Delta trading. Also looking after IT-Infrastructure, Software & Risk Management of setup. Also provided training regarding Technical Trading. I think that one of my best management skills is communication. I am very good at listening to people and then coming up with ideas to help a person become more productive. I believe that I always seem to know just what to say – and how to say it. Not every leadership style is going to work for every environment. I think my leadership style is very flexible- though- because I would say I focus more on facilitation than on leading from the front. I try to make sure every team member knows what he or she needs to know to make sure the piece fits. That’s why I had achieved 0 to 100 traders (Jobber & Arbitrager) working with me in few years.
