• Worked with an embedded SRE team as part of larger Reference Data team. Wrote and deployed multithreaded code to gather key metrics from product platform, using core Java, Prometheus, PromQL, and Grafana.
• Created key SLI insights for product team to improve upon their systems and to set SLAs and SLOs with their customers. Kickstarted monitoring project for new data management product, captured Availability and Latency SLIs and provided observability from the customer's perspective.
