• Started out with optimising and extending the Menu Management module of the main product developed in MEAN. Went on to develop and implement enterprise module which allowed the clients to manage menu and promotions of a large number of outlets using AWS SQS to handle large syncing operations outside core app.
• Designed and developed Escalation Matrix, a rule based decision making platform which allows clients to insert multilevel checkpoints for day-today inventory based operations. The rules are used consumed by the Inventory module to raise approvals, which can then be tracked, responded to or commented on by the involved stakeholders.
• Developed Franchise Management, a new product which works as extension to Enterprise Module by allowing brands to onboard franchise and manage their royalties, while also giving the franchisees the ability to stay on top their royalty payments.
• Created an internal app for business team to manage client requests and feature pipelines by aggregating data from other internal/external tools
