I’ve always been fascinated by how markets move and how ideas turn into trades. That curiosity has evolved into my current role as a trader at a global market-making firm, where I run a $1.5B+ notional portfolio on the Brazilian interest rates (DI1) curve. My experience spans both systematic and discretionary trading, working with derivatives across equities, indices, and rates. I enjoy working with multi-legged strategies, exploring the interplay of Greeks, different volatility profiles, bond valuations, inter-product correlations and mathematical modelling, and shaping directional as well as non-directional views into well-structured trades. Outside the markets, I’ve taken very different paths that shaped the way I think and work. I spent years as a craftsman in the jewelry trade, learning to create ornaments from raw metal. During college, I built a YouTube channel with 60+ videos, blending gaming with self-help philosophy. These experiences taught me patience, creativity, and perspective—qualities I carry into trading every day. Markets keep me curious. Craftsmanship taught me precision. Content creation gave me perspective. Together, they’ve made me comfortable navigating complexity—whether in trades or in life.
