• ● Monitoring Batch flow of multiple lending applications such CARD (Credit account reference data), Mortgages and RBG.
• ● Monitors the critical data in/out on loan cycles, adjusted and unadjusted data to ensure the data availability/quality within the SLA.

• ● Monitoring Informatica workflows for each flow and thread and find out the termination reasons for every failure.
• ● Regular connectivity check-up & healthy check-up of production node
• ● Generating daily, weekly and monthly stats report for the client that are very critical and contains very sensitive data.
• ● Writing shell scripts in UNIX environment whenever notice anything manual activity which consumes too much productive hours.
• ● Acting as a coordinator with dev team for incident resolution for application, database & node perspective.
• ● Deploying new patch/release via release management process.
• ● Participate in different calls with clients and offshore/onshore team and provide regular updates on existing issues & enhancement\upgrade going around.
• ● For any issues seen, we are responsible to investigate/identify/fix/roll out upgrades to the system as long term preventive plan to avoid reoccurrence of similar issues – part of problem management.

• ● Providing L2 support for applications under 3D framework.
• ● Responsible for knowledge acquisition and team cross-training on 3D, maintaining knowledge base on known issues/defects/problems or recurring issues.
