• ○ Built an end-to-end automated Machine Learning tool leveraging Azure services like CosmosDB, Blob Storage, Logic App, Function App, and App Services using ML.NET and C#. The Logic App was used to migrate new data every 6 hours from the raw data source to a temporary data source. Using the new data the model was re-trained from the existing state to improve efficiency. Finally, it was exposed as a web API using App services and integrated with the existing Repair Tool product.
• ○ ML tool was a great success with a 30% improvement in debug engineer’s efficiency.
• ○ Learnt not just the real-life application of Machine Learning, but also the complexities around productizing a feature and integrating it with existing systems.

• ○ Built a classification model using a fast incremental gradient method of logistic regression to improve clustering and some natural language processing techniques.
• ○ The classification model was used after the clustering step to classify the articles in each group to be put into class buckets when used by the user. This model yielded significant improvements to the overall news article categorization goal with a near perfect test accuracy.
