In Organising Committee, CWG Delhi 2010 , I was a part of CGA Relations Team, which is the first point of contact for all the 71 participating CGA's ( Commonwealth Games Association). We maintain good relations and manage the expecations of the CGA's and work cordially with other departments in OC like, Sport Entries Accreditation, Accommodation, Security, Arrival & Departure,Transport etc for smooth arrival, stay and departure of the contigents.
Additional Resbonsibilities:-
Recruitment (Interview & Selection) of CGA Relations Volunteers from various sources (Universities and Institutes, etc.). Screening and shortlisting through group discussions and one-one sessions
Training and Development of approximately 400 CGA Relations’ Volunteers (CGA Assistants and LiaisonOfficers).
Managed and Conducted Role Specific Training in Cordination with Amity University
Workforce coordination, games time management and role allocation of 250 CGA Assistants
Project management by effectively liaisoning and coordinating amongst various functional areas, the CGF and CGAs in order to provide smooth operational flow with regard to the athletes and team officials’ movement and games schedule.
