Divyanjali Peraka β Product Manager
I build products that solve real problems - starting with understanding why users aren't getting value, then iterating until they do. My approach: Audit β Growth β Iteration β Excellence At Sprinklr (B2B SaaS platform), I noticed Fortune 500 clients weren't realizing value. So I started investigating. First, I found the adoption problem. Features existed but weren't being used. I trained thousands of agents, wrote playbooks, built dashboards to track what was actually happening. Revenue started flowing. Then, I found the growth problem. Clients couldn't reach their customers effectively - we were only pulling feedback from a few channels. I expanded the platform to capture voices from reviews, Reddit, Trustpilot, and more. Suddenly we were processing over a million customer messages monthly. Client satisfaction jumped. Next came the iteration problem. Now agents were drowning in messages and couldn't respond fast enough. I retrained our NLP models on millions of conversations, dramatically improved filtering accuracy, and enabled intelligent automation - letting bots handle what they should, and humans focus on what matters. Finally, I achieved excellence through shipping. I iterated and launched AI-powered features - GenAI tools, intelligent consoles, smart alerts, automated case routing - that fundamentally changed how agents work. Response times dropped by half. Support tickets fell by a third. Agent productivity improved 2x. At KPMG (Big 4 Consulting), I did something similar for a Fortune 100 telecom - mapped their broken systems, interviewed C-suite executives, designed a better operating model, and delivered millions in savings. What I bring: I don't just ship features. I find the root cause and solve it systematically I work across the stack - research, design, engineering, data science, Go-to-market I've built products for Fortune 500 companies across 15+ industries I think in systems: growth loops, monetization models, viral mechanics I move fast, measure what matters, and iterate relentlessly Recently graduated from UC Berkeley (MEng in Industrial Engineering & Operations Research, May 2025) with 3 merit scholarships and a GSI position. Working on growth strategy for AI platforms and marketplace products. Let's connect if you're building products that need someone who obsesses over user problems and won't stop until they're solved. π§ peraka_divyanjali@berkeley.edu divyanjali-peraka.lovable.app/?utm_source=lovable-editor
