• Worked on developing time series and regression models to generate the forecast of sales and transactions for next 3 weeks at cafe x channel granularity. Contributed in scaling the model for 2000 cafes across different US locations.
• Determined the key drivers of overall sales and achieved the target of bringing 90% of model combination forecast errors within 10% of actual sales. Leveraged Lasso Regression for automated feature selection.
• Worked on data ingestion from Big Query; Data transformation, feature engineering, creating performance benchmarks and deploying the model on GCP platform.
• Analyzed skewed sales around holidays and came up with a novel solution to improve the future forecasts using the features based on past year's operating minutes for a cafe. Achieved significant performance lift with this technique.

• 1. Trained and tuned an action recognition model built on the existing Temporal Segments Network to classify the trimmed videos into multiple groups.
• 2. Buit a 3D CNN network in PyTorch to capture the temporal dependency. Leveraged transfer learning to train the model weights.
• 3. Created an ensemble of 3D CNN and TSN algorithms to enhance results.
• 4. Worked extensively on OpenCV for human instance segmentation and image transformations.
