• I had lead a diverse team of 12 engineers (backend and frontend) across India and the USA. Together, we've developed pivotal global HR systems, including Global HRIS, Employer of Record (EOR), EOR billing systems, and comprehensive entity and employee management systems. Our products have rapidly generated multi-million dollar revenues, scaling to tens of millions within months of launch, and positioning Rippling as a key player in the global market.
• Additionally, I had lead a team of 9 engineers focused on building and scaling our Global Contractors and Invoicing product. This initiative has significantly contributed to multi-million dollar revenue streams
• I lead a team of 5 engineers in developing a new business model of EOR that has accelerated our global expansion rate by 7x. This new model has already driven tens of millions in revenue within its first year. Our team also continues to oversee enhancements in global employee management, EOR billing systems, and entity management.
