• Working with cross functional teams, I was responsible for the roadmap, workflow creation, UX and feature detailing of ‘Adobe Story’.
• The workflows introduced brought about a 20% reduction in time required for pre-production processes . The product was adopted by top UK and Ireland broadcasters like BBC, ITV, RTE and Fremantle. It is used in shows like ‘Big Brother’ , ‘X-factor’ , ‘Strictly come dancing’ , ‘Corronation Street’ and many more.
• Revamped the on-boarding experience for the customers using persona based help content – lead to faster transition to the product and lesser ‘How to’ queries.
• Evangelised the product in India – became part of the curriculum of top two film schools in here.
• Prototypes and MVP -
• Created a prototype solution for storytellers who use multiple media platforms to tell a narrative (Transmedia storytelling). It increases brand recall and consequently user engagement and participation. Was recognised for fast paced innovation and leadership in the project.
• Conceptualised a new SaaS product for Adobe Creative Cloud to increase value for customers if they keep within Adobe’s ecosystem. Recognised as ' Adobe CC India Ideator' for the same.
• My responsibilities also included -
• Catering to the pre-release program for ‘Adobe Story’ – this was a platform to interact with B2B end consumers directly; discuss requirements and have feedback on the newly introduced features.
• Creating cross-application workflows to create more value for the customers using other creative cloud products.
• Working with customer support team to equip them to better handle traffic on product forums catering to 500k individual customers.

• Along with my technical responsibilities, I majorly learned about the domain and basics of what it took make good products during this time.
• My primary responsibilities were -
• White box testing ,unit testing, backend optimisation
• Security testing including use of Fiddler, Charles, AppScan etc
• Load testing using Jmeter.
• Initiating and implementing use of continuos integration using Jenkins
• I also participated actively on consumer forums and feature discussions.
