At Microsoft I am working as a founding member of product named "Viva Learning". It went to GA in November 2021.worked as part of 2 teams.
As Part of infrastructure team, I developed fundamental components for working of Viva learning like config service (including dynamic configuration), setup new data centers, enabled multi-reads for storage, improved job infrastructure to run on all available compute etc.
Then as part on Ingestion team, enabled Viva Learning integration with Workday which now accounts for over 80% of viva learning volume. Interacted with multiple customers and built their requirements into features in record time thus enabling their onboarding to viva learning.
