● Beaconstac Backend
○ Converted monolithic Django API to a microservices architecture using Docker containers and AWS
Beanstalk using Bitbucket pipelines as a CI tool
○ Built a self scaling analytics flow(lambda architecture) on AWS using Elasticsearch, Kinesis Firehose,
intelligent python file tailer and Lambda functions.
○ Took the complete ownership of the API(uses Django, Memcached). Built v2.0 from scratch.
○ Sole Incharge of maintaining the AWS infrastructure of all our products.
● NearBee
○ Single handedly build the iOS app and the backend for the project:
A scalable node socket server deployed on Google Kubernetes engine using Docker containers. Uses Cloud Datastore. Used Terraform for infrastructure and serverless for cloud functions.
An iOS app using Swift 4.0 including 2 SDKs namely. NearbySDK and EddystoneScanner(open source on
GitHub).
● Beaconstac Frontend
○ Completely rewrote the Beaconstac dashboard in Angular 4.
● WiFire
○ Built WiFire app from the ground up completely in Swift. Featured multiple times on AppStore.
○ Created a captive portal setup for WiFire testing using iptables and OpenWRT.
○ Built a generic login engine in Javascript which allows the app to login on captive providers.
● Other projects
○ Built a working prototype of a complete indoor navigation solution using beacons and Google Maps.
○ Setup freeradius servers and created a VPN tunnel using strongswan for AAA integration with major
telecommunication companies.
○ Implemented Continuous Integration (CI) for all our Android and iOS apps in Bitrise.
