• Titan(https://titan.email/) is an email, calendar, and contact productivity suite build predominately for partnering with domain registrars and hosting companies.
• Led multi-accounts feature in collaboration with the Product team: This feature allows users on Titan to add multiple email IDs in the same app. This was the 2nd most requested feature across our user base from different countries. Within the first week of release, usage of this feature was seen by over 15% of customers
• Led the rebranding exercise for Titan with the business team: Successfully transitioned FlockMail to Titan for over 20 different business partners positively impacting 60,000 customers
• Analysed and improved the performance of Dexie Indexed DB queries for large data sets reducing the query time from 10s to 150ms. Ensured the query time remained constant with increasing data size
• Initiated a refactoring exercise: This helped us achieve a linear flow of data in the mail app and removed all 150 circular dependencies from the codebase Identifying best software development practices for the team which increased efficiency in ways of working and reduced redundancy
• Streamlined deployment processes and automated release notes
• Mentored and trained new employees helping them scale and grow in the company on a continuous basis

• Flock(https://www.flock.com/) is a $3M enterprise communication platform specializing in integration with external apps. Flock allows its users direct messaging, channel creation, video conferencing, screen & file sharing, with unlimited chat history.
• Worked on a pluggable logger framework that was used by different apps to add important logs, report crashes, and notify the developer in case of failure.
• Led multilingual support: Added 8 new different languages on the app
• Created a live demo version of the app which worked on real-time user interaction to increase team creators: demo.flock.com
• Worked on theming for the app which was a most requested feature by companies before adoption
• Worked extensively with web-workers to move heavy operations away from the main UI thread
