Worked on adding ApproxPercentile support, improving memory grant for batch mode row mode queries, enhancing batch mode performance, and spent some time on the Vector database offering. Before that worked at, Thoughtspot as part of their In-memory, columnar & parallel database Falcon. Prior to that during my masters from IISc Bangalore in 2018, where I worked under Prof. Jayant Haritsa in the Database Systems Lab. There I worked on building robust query processing framework for analytical query workload, without doing query selectivity estimations.
