• As a part of core development team- solutioned, designed and implemented a platform that
• enables a Marketing Center Persona to create Reward Programs that could assess and issue
• rule based reward points to customers.
• Successfully modeled and integrated the platform to Rewards Issuance Platform, thereby creating
• a generic, multi-tenant, reward points assessment, issuance and account product management
• solution.

• Solutioned, Designed and Implemented Rewards Service- a generic, multi-tenant, resilient
• account and transaction(rewards issuance) management service that can handle the lifecycle of
• accounts under different products and enable transactions across them.
• Conceptualized and designed the service as a platform to enable integration across any relevant
• business context and enable onboarding and customized usage by more than 4000 companies.
• Worked on the complete lifecycle of the product- creating the relevant chart of account models ,
• modeling transactions to comply with accounting standards, database schema design, low level
• class modeling, end to end testing and productionizing the service with Prometheus Metrics
• and Graphana Dashboard.
• Travel and Expense Management Product(Greenfield Project)
• Designed and Implemented Booking service that enables a Booking Manager Persona to accept
• customer Booking requests, perform the bookings and upload the booked tickets onto the portal.
• Handled the creation of the home page for the Android App of the product using in house
• dynamic UI rendering framework- Zetlets. Coordinated with multiple teams and stakeholders
• to document and standardize the entire process.
• Mentored and successfully handed over the project to FrontEnd Team for development further
• features.

• Designed and Developed Trips Service - a central service to manage and track First Mile
• delivery(Pickup Run Sheet), Intercity delivery(Trip) and Last Mile Delivery(Delivery Run
• Sheet), as a part of Zoom Backend Team.
• Developed a system to identify Unscheduled Stop and improve the accuracy of generated tickets,
• thereby improving the output of operations team , as a part of Data Science Team.
• Prototyped and developed a service to identify if driver is On road or Off road and before or
• after a Toll.
• Used Spark-API to do basic data wrangling in order to gain insights and use them in development
• of systems mentioned above.
