I’m a product leader who enjoys turning messy, ambiguous problems into simple experiences that actually make sense to people. Over the last 13+ years, I’ve worked across big tech and high-growth companies in both B2C and B2B spaces, building products that have reached millions — and sometimes a billion — users. It still amazes me that something I help design can affect people’s everyday lives at that scale. What keeps me excited about product work is understanding how people really behave — not how we expect them to. I love digging into funnels, watching where users hesitate, and fixing the small moments that quietly erode trust or momentum. Those insights feel like little windows into human behavior, and I’ve never stopped being curious about them. Working across SEA, MEA, North America, and India has shaped a lot of my thinking. The same experience can land beautifully in one market and feel completely off in another. Learning those differences — and building with that context — is something I genuinely enjoy. I also like the balance this role gives me: thinking about long-term strategy while staying close to engineering, design, and data as we bring ideas to life. And I get a lot of energy from mentoring PMs and helping teams move with a bit more clarity, confidence, and calm. One thing I’ve realized over the years is that the heart of product work isn’t ideas or features — it’s clarity. Clarity of the problem, clarity in decision-making, clarity in how we communicate across teams. When everyone understands why something matters, momentum builds naturally. It’s a bit like football — a single clean pass can shift the entire flow of the game. I stay in this craft for the moments when a solution suddenly “clicks” for a user, or when a team pulls together to ship something we’re proud of. And I try to stay a learner — through data, through conversations. Always open to talking about building meaningful products, global user behavior, or anything related to the craft of product management.
