• TextRecruit is a cloud based, Software as a Service (Saas) platform for Human Resource teams. I joined as one of the first employees; founded Integration and Security Programs and established strategic alliance programmatic strategy and the partnership network. Worked directly with CEO and CTO to help build the most effective candidate and employee engagement platform that leverages SMS texting, Live Chat, analytics, and artificial intelligence (AI) to optimize Human Resources. Responsible for conducting data driven analysis to predict growth trends, identifying strategic alliance acquisitions that secured market share, building integrations with high ROI, and managing Data Protection Impact Assessments (DPIA).
• ▪ Direct all API integrations for the product portfolio; lead full implementation lifecycle -gather and document customer and partner requirements to understand their workflow, create and maintain internal knowledge base artifacts, and project-manage build processes, user acceptance testing, and technical support.
• ▪ Create branded content for security and integration’s and provide customized product training for internal teams, partners, and external teams - synthesize information and translate complex technologies into simple, custom tailored explanations and storyboards that illicit user adoption.
