• I developed a partner portal from scratch for a fractional real estate investment platform, enabling channel partners to create and manage investments on behalf of investors. I contributed to building key features, including secure login and deal creation workflows. As part of the core development, I designed and built the Asset microservice end-to-end—covering everything from the database schema and REST APIs to integrating with Strapi CMS. I also implemented the frontend using Angular to manage and display asset data seamlessly. Additionally, I optimized API efficiency by 50% by resolving data duplication issues and eliminating inconsistencies. I also implemented and integrated critical flows such as the nominee process and the Form 15G/15H submission workflow.
