• Key Responsibilities:
• Assist in planning, executing, and closing projects according to strict deadlines and within budget.
• Monitor and report on project progress using dashboards, trackers, and performance metrics.
• Collect and analyze project data to identify risks, issues, and improvement opportunities.
• Support the creation of project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation plans.
• Prepare status reports, project documentation, meeting minutes, and presentation materials.
• Work closely with project managers, team members, and stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of tasks.
• Help manage project tools/software (e.g., Notion, MS Project, Jira, Asana, Trello).
• Coordinate with finance or accounting teams to track project expenditures and budget adherence.
• Assist in stakeholder communication and change management efforts.
• Ensure all project documentation is stored, maintained, and archived properly.
