• As a core role, managing a team of 4-10 Recruiters locally and remotely to hire for various roles (from entry level to senior) in The Netherlands, France and Spain
• Interim I was managing a team of 20 Recruiters for 6 months in our peak season (incl GB, Germany, Lithuania), resulted in achieving our target 100% (~1600 hires)

• Proactively working on process improvements and projects ie on-boarding program for recruiters
