• 1. Leading the carefit vertical which has offerings like teleconsultations by doctors, mind therapists, nutritionists, at home diagnostics etc.
• 2. Solver based approach for lot planning for clubbing orders in the best possible way to ensure delivery of eat orders in the most efficient manner. Built owned, maintained this module single hand-idly.
• Also, developed an in-house distance service to provide a free alternative to google maps for calculating distance and etas.
• 3. Built Stock out and TOA modules(Backend + Front-End) for Control Tower to handle stock out and Bt scenarios.
• 4. Zomato dispatch integration for the Kitchen staff having first-cum first-pickup of food items to ensure minimal spoilage of food due to delayed arrival of the delivery-boys. Remodelled the entire dispatch flow to solve this use-case. Involved third party integration with Torqus.
• 5. Owned and led the module for Eatfit Diy-Subscriptions and Custom thali. These two features provided the ability to the user to construct his own subscription and Thalis basis his preferences.
• 6. Owned the Telecommunication platform module at Care and improved the the stability and added features to the pre-existing stack. Ensured a seem-less experience for chat and video-calls and brought down the BT % from 2% to 0.11%.
• 7. Integrated Web push notifications through GCM for the doctors platform and made it a generic implementation to be consumed by any vertical. This increased the engagement of the doctors and patients on the chat platform with an avg exchange of around 30k messages in a month.
• 8. Build a generic consent-management system to restrict access to the resources owned by any entity. This was first used by the Care team to share notes between the therapists upon
• access grant from the patient.
