• I worked on Amazon's last-mile delivery team, where we focus on developing affordable package delivery solutions. One of our initiatives, HubDelivery, manages over 20 million packages daily worldwide. We collaborate with small businesses, such as local Mom & Pop stores, to offer flexible and cost-effective package delivery services.
• Developed highly configurable and extensible self service partner onboarding solution which helped us in rapidly launching the HubDP program to multiple countries like : US, JP, ES, EG etc.
• Developed back office tool for the onboarding operations team to help them manage the hub partners. Solution includes Search services, Auditing, Access Control, Bulk operations etc.

• Involved in development of payment backend system that manage

• Build a framework for smooth merchant migration from old PG to
• new PG. This framework enabled merchant migration without even
• a single line of code change in the system.
• Architectural revamp of payment proxy layer by decoupling of
• tightly coupled fronend and backend to cater native payments.
• Developed rest apis for payments.
• Success rate improvement of payments, analysed and end to end
• system, build retries, changed routing logic, card bin blacklisting
• and channel capacity increase, frontend validations etc.
• QR payments for offline merchant and online merchants.
• Instant refunds that reduced worst case refund turn around time
• from 7 days to 1 day. This feature reduced Customer Support query,
• enabled automated refunds for Cash on delivery orders, and
• changed user experience of refunds.
