• As the founding member at Ukeyo, I was responsible for creating the business plan with my fellow founding team members, and I led the development of an e-commerce platform for furniture and decor, starting from scratch. Leveraging Shopify Plus as the customer-facing platform and integrating with Cashfree for payment processing, I delivered the Minimum Viable Product (MVP) in less than a month, enabling us to launch the business quickly.
• I was also in charge of the technology profit and loss (PnL) for the business, ensuring that we met our financial goals while delivering high-quality solutions. Subsequently, I designed and implemented a custom Content Management System (CMS) for managing detailed product information, allowing for easy customization and categorization. As the business grew and Ukeyo was acquired by Livspace, I integrated our platform with Livspace's ecosystem to enable seamless operation.
• My role at Ukeyo allowed me to develop a range of skills, from software development and project management to team leadership and collaboration. I take pride in having played a key role in the success of this innovative e-commerce platform, and I look forward to bringing my expertise to new projects in the future.

• As VP of Technology at Multiliving Technologies Pvt Ltd, I was responsible for the setup of backend architecture using Node.js, GraphQL (Hasura), and PostgreSQL with hosting on AWS. I launched multiple customer-facing products across verticals, including Multiliving Life (iOS / Android), Propel (iOS / Android), MLT Assist (Android), Unlockr (iOS / Android), mlt.life (Website), and several internal products, including Admin Panel and CRM System.
• Additionally, I developed internal products for order and payment systems via apps with integration with PayTM and Zoho, end-to-end service tracking with team and manpower planning with rosters, tracking and scraping data from competitors and government registration portals, neighborhood trend analysis and price predictions, and an analytics dashboard with real-time sales tracking with customer segmentations.
• I was responsible for hiring and grooming the technology team of 28 members and managed the technology P&L with a budget over $500k in FY 2020-21. My experience at Multiliving Technologies allowed me to develop a range of skills, including team management, software development, project management, and financial management.
